DHL express orders 9 days after processing to arrive

 

7 Day Return Policy

 Exchanges are accepted under these conditions. We sent you a defected item, or if we sent you the wrong item. If you are truly unsatisfied with your item, you can return it. Email us at support@kingdomofmel.com if you need a return or exchange. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

How to cancel an order:

A. You can cancel before 12 hours after placing your order. We try our best to ship our products out fast, so processing begins after 12 hours that your order was placed. You cannot cancel while your order is in transit.

 

Swimwear, leggings and other hygienic products are nonrefundable or exchangeable, please read our size chart in the description and/or email us to ask questions about how our items fit.

If your purchase was made with free shipping, the shipping amount we charge to ship your product will be deducted from your refund.
